Customer Absolute Satisfaction means a 12-MONTH WARRANTY on all items.

While we take extreme care in our manufacturing and delivery processes, we do realize that problems can happen. Sometimes that problem is immediate and obvious, and other times it may take a while for a problem to arise. So, we at Casiii offer a generous 12-month warranty on all of the items we sell, to cover any and all of the problems you may experience.

We suggest that as soon as possible after delivery, you register your item with us, by completing the below form. While your order number and delivery confirmation are enough to establish the start of the warranty, completing this form makes locating your information quick and easy.

Please include a brief description of the problem. In some cases, we may request photos of the problem, and/or offer a free-of-charge repair on location. Otherwise, we will arrange for a free return and a full refund.
