RETURN POLICY

Customer Absolute Satisfaction means NO HASSEL RETURNS on all items.

We at Casiii ask that you give working with the standing desk at least a 25-day trial period, as it does take some time until you get used to working with a standing desk. Initially, please try to use your standing desk a little more time each day, and have a chair nearby for taking breaks.

If you do decide that a standing desk isn’t right for you, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, NO questions asked.
The full purchase price will be refunded to you once the item is received back at our warehouse in good condition. You pay only the return shipping charges. If you need assistance with arranging a return delivery, please contact us.

While we take extreme care in our manufacturing and delivery processes, we do realize that problems sometimes happen. If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please follow the instructions on our WARRANTY page to arrange for a FREE RETURN.
